It's time to call it quits when Task Manager agrees..

You'll have to click read more to see the screen shot and fully appreciate the fact my computer KNEW it was nice out and that I was tired anyway.

Task Manager has stopped working

Oh well, I was ready to call it a night when this happened anyway (what I was doing, I don't recall, I really WAS ready to call it a night a few days back when this happened). Interestingly Windows was fine, nothing locked up, nothing else abnormal.
