Sometimes you may need to move your iSCSI targets to a different storage pool. The process is actually quite painless..

zfs send/receive the zvol (assuming a zvol backing store)

List view output for target to migrate:

65B37945E2A9B77A96D94D1E89E23FEF
View Entry: 0
    Host group   : vbox
    Target group : owndirtest2
    LUN          : 1
    Operational Status: Online
    Data File         : /dev/zvol/rdsk/tank1/iscsi/customers/.../.../Data
    Writeback Cache   : Enabled

Now delete the logical unit and keep the views, then recreate:

bitshop@zfs:/# stmfadm delete-lu -k 65B37945E2A9B77A96D94D1E89E23FEF
bitshop@zfs:/# stmfadm create-lu --lu-prop guid=65B37945E2A9B77A96D94D1E89E23FEF /dev/zvol/rdsk/tankmir1/iscsi/customers/.../..../Data
Logical unit created: 65B37945E2A9B77A96D94D1E89E23FEF

In our case we were moving from a RaidZ1 to a mirrored pool.
